CTFC is currently working with organic vegetable growers in the north
central Texas area to develop a produce supply for the 2007 growing
season. The better idea the growers have of what kinds of produce
people would like, the better they'll be able to supply us.
To that end, please look over the following list of vegetable crops
and let us know which ones you're interested in. You can copy and
paste the list into an email and send it to
customer at crosstimberscoop.org.
In addition to naming the crops you like, it's helpful if you can say
something about how much of them you think you might order through
CTFC - a number of pounds per week or month is ideal, but even a
description like "some" or "lots" is helpful.
Please note that this is NOT a commitment to buy anything - it is just
to gauge our current and potential customers' interest to help our
growers make their planting decisions.
Also, you're encouraged to please add any other items not on this list
that you'd like to be able to buy from local farmers and craftspeople.
This is not limited to food; candles, herbs, lotion - it's all fair
game!
Many thanks!
