Ordering is now open for CTFC's April cycle, for delivery on Saturday,
Apr. 21st. Orders for this month can be placed through Saturday, Apr.
14th.

This month, we welcome two new producers to CTFC with a long list of
appetizing offerings.

JUHA Ranch, of Barry, Texas, is offering long-awaited eggs and meat
from pastured poultry. They sell eggs by the dozen, whole birds, leg
quarters, breasts (both bone-in and boneless, skinless), and hearts,
livers, and gizzards.

Earth Elements Market & Bakery, of Lexington, OK, brings in a
mouthwatering array of baked goods, processed and preserved foods, and
personal care items. Their baked goods include bread (pumpkin,
sugar-free pumpkin, whole wheat oatmeal, whole wheat jalapeño cheddar,
whole wheat tomato basil, and spicy ginger), muffins (ginger, banana,
sugar-free apple oatmeal, and pumpkin), rolls (whole wheat and whole
wheat onion cheddar), cookies (whole wheat snickerdoodles, oatmeal
raisin, and oatmeal peanut butter), and granola (chocolate chip-pecan,
pecan, and coconut). In the processed and preserved foods department,
Earth Elements offers jams and jellies (apricot, sugar-free apricot,
peach, sugar-free peach, and sand plum), cinammon apples, and mixes
for dressings, soup, pancakes, muffins, and cookies. Last but not
least, they sell avocado ointment, 'Country Man' salve, and even mint
toothpowder.

In addition, all the same great items offered last month are available
again – certified organic, fair-trade, locally roasted coffees and
teas from PrimaCafe, cuts of pasture-raised and -finished, dry-aged
Angus beef from Holy Cow Beef, and 100 % grass-fed ground beef and
in-shell black walnuts from Seis Flechas Farm.

Orders can be picked up between 11 AM and noon on Saturday, Apr. 21st.

Remember: orders for April must be placed by Saturday, April 14th.
