Membership Application

Membership in the Cross Timbers Food Cooperative is $50.00. Your membership pays for one share of the coop, plus grants you one vote in the affairs of the coop at its annual membership meeting. Should you decide to cancel your membership to the cooperative, your membership fee will be refunded.

Becoming a member of the Cross Timbers Food Cooperative is easy. First, submit the online membership application form below. Then, submit your payment using one of the options on the following page.

To join online using a credit card, debit card or e-check, choose an online payment option below, and then use the PayPal payment option on the following page. PayPal is fast, easy and secure.
To pay with a personal check, submit the form below and mail your personal check or money order to the payment address on the following page.
We will also soon have a printable membership application that you can mail in, if you do not want to use our online application.
